Heineken Aston Villa Prize Promotion T&Cs 2024
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
The personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at www.heineken.co.uk/legal-hub/heineken-brands-privacy-policy. From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion and contacting entrants (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the prize(s).
1. Only open to residents in the UK, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in the Heineken group and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.
2. TO ENTER - follow the steps below:
• Scan QR code on POS (posters, tent-cards and digital till screens) at the Villa Park Stadium or enter the prize promotion at www.heineken.com/tickets
• Follow the steps online and confirm that you are over the age of 18 and eligible to take part in this promotion.
• No purchase necessary.
• Enter your first name, last name, contact number and email address.
• Confirm your acceptance of the promotion terms and conditions.
• All valid entries will be entered into the prize draw. The winner will be randomly selected using a secure, independently verified computer-based programme once the promotion has ended.
3. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and Promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non receipt or the late receipt of message due to postal operator or network failure or for any associated costs to entrants. Standard network rates apply.
4. Promotion opens from 00:00 on 08/03/24 to 23:59 on 30/03/24. Only one entry allowed per person.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the Winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Winners will be drawn at random from all qualifying entries during the week commencing 01/04/24. If the Winners cannot be contacted within 3 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select a new Winner and so on until a Winner can be contacted who will take up the prize. Winner will be contacted by phone and email.
7. By entering, the Winners consents to such information such as their first name and address county being disclosed upon request.
8. Two pairs of hospitality tickets to the Aston Villa Vs Brentford game on the 6th of April 2024 ( (subject to any changes in date caused by unavoidable circumstances outside of the control of the Promoter, including TV scheduling changes) are to be won. In the event of any change in the date of the Aston Villa Vs Brentford game because of unavoidable circumstances outside of the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner if the initial Winner is unable to attend the game on the new date and for the avoidance of doubt, the initial Winner shall no longer be entitled to any prize whatsoever. No travel or accommodation allowance is included and for the avoidance of doubt, all costs relating to travel, subsistence, gratuities, costs of a personal nature shall be borne by the Winner. Guests must either print the etickets or scan the tickets on smartphone at the Hospitality reception. Tickets cannot be printed out at the Stadium on the matchday. Hospitality will be open 3 hours before the match. Full Hospitality package details can be found here. This includes itinerary, sample menus, code of conduct and dress code information. Dress code will apply to both men and women attending the match , please do take time to read through the details provided on the link as the dress code is mandatory. A smart dress code applies to all guests within hospitality. Please note: No ripped jeans, tears or bleaching. Shorts, sportswear including tracksuits, replica football shirts including home team kit or away team colours are permitted. No trainers are permitted (smart, clean fashion style pumps are acceptable). All footwear should be clean and smart in appearance. Villa Park is a cashless stadium. Please ensure payment for drinks, outside of the inclusive package, can be made by card on the day. Tickets are not for resale and the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate any tickets sold contrary to the ticket terms. Tickets should be for home or neutral fans only.
9. Prize Winners and guest must both be over the age of 18.
10. Winners details will be available from 03/04/2024 - 05/04/2024. By entering, the Winners consents to such information being disclosed upon request.
11. There is no cash or other alternative to these prizes in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.
12. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with the prize & the reporting consequence thereof are the sole responsibility of the Winners .
13. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
14. We cannot guarantee that the event will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations. We are not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence. Any requests for refunds or compensation arising from them should be sent to the operator of the event. We can provide you with their details on request.
15. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
