Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.  Please retain a copy for your information.
The personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at www.heineken.co.uk/legal-hub/heineken-brands-privacy-policy).  From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion and contacting entrants (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the prize(s).

1. This promotion is open to UK residents 18 or over excluding employees of any company in the Heineken group or Morrisons group and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.
2. To enter the promotion, simply purchase any Heineken® Original or Heineken 0.0 multipack in participating Morrisons stores (subject to availability) and scan the QR code on point-of-sale materials in store between 00.01 on 12th of March 2025 and 23:59 on 1st of April 2025.  Individual cans and bottles are not qualifying purchases.  Online purchases are not qualifying purchases.  Enter your personal details as requested.  Entry is limited to one per transaction receipt.  Service is at the discretion of Morrisons staff and subject to licensing restrictions.  
3. Retain purchase receipt as it will be required to validate the qualifying purchase. 
4. There is one prize to be won where one winner will win x1 pair of hospitality tickets to the Men’s Champions League Final 2025 at Allianz Area Stadium, Munich on Saturday 31st May 2025. Hospitality includes exclusive pre-match hospitality, Friday night welcome event and Saturday lunch event. Each prize will also include a minimum 4* hotel accommodation only (1 room per prize based on 2 adults aged 18+ sharing) for 2 nights on Friday 30th May – Sunday 1st June 2025, return economy flights from Manchester, transfers from airport to hotel and stadium and £300 travel allowance per winning pair. Return transfers from the winner’s home to the international airport are not included. No additional travel, subsistence, gratuities, costs of a personal nature or accommodation are included. These must be borne by the winner and their guest. 
5. Winner will be the first valid entry selected at random from all qualifying entries on week commencing 14th of April 2025.  The promoter’s decision is final.  
6. Winner will be contacted via email or phone within 2 days of the draw using the details entered upon entry to the promotion. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available within 3 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner from valid entries that were received. If the second winner does not reply to the email within 3 working days, another winner will be drawn, and so on until a winner is confirmed. However, there will be a cut-off date of 16/05/2025 as it gets closer to the event and no further draws will be made. Winner will be contacted by Heineken’s prize fulfilment agency Heineken@mihhandling.co.uk. The Prize will be arranged by email between the Promoter’s prize fulfilment agency (MIH Handling) and the winner. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the prize is organised. 
7. Winner will need to download tickets from the UEFA ticketing app no later than 29/05/2025. Winner will need to submit details within 48 hours via app and required to enter details for themselves and guest: first name(s), surname, date of birth, nationality, Passport / ID number, and any other information as required under by law in respect of football ticket allocation. No other people can travel or use these tickets. 8. Tickets are not for resale and the event organiser reserves the right to invalidate any tickets sold or transferred contrary to the ticket terms. https://www.uefa.com/tickets/
9. It will be the winner’s and their guest’s responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.
10. The winner and their guest will require a valid passport; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guest. Passport must have a ‘date of issue’ less than 10 years before the date you arrive and have an ‘expiry date’ at least 3 months after the day you plan to leave the Schengen area:  https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/germany/entry-requirements 
11. In the event the winner or their guest are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation or another prize will be provided. 
12. The winner and guest must travel together in all instances, on the same dates and time, take the same trip and share the same room in all provided accommodation. The winner will forgo the Prize in totality if the winner fails to attend the scheduled booking, and the Promoter and any prize providers shall have no further obligation to the winner.

14. The prize will be forfeited if: 
a)The winner or guest has not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;
b)The Winner or guest has any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within the pre- booked period; or
c)The Winner or guest has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent you from accepting and participating in the Prize.
15. Entries must be made personally.  Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid.  
Amended entries are invalid.  Promoter cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen entries. 
Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non-receipt or the late receipt of message due to operator or network failure or for any associated costs to entrants.  
No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The promoter cannot guarantee
uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route. Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries is prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.  
16. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any offers, campaigns and events. 
17. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and no other alternative is available.
18. Prizes cannot be transferred, auctioned, sold or traded, and any such Prizes will be invalidated.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any point and without prior notice.
20. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. In the event that the prize is no longer available, the Promoter reserves the right to replace it with an alternative of equal or better value.
22. The promoter cannot guarantee that any event will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations.  The Promoter is not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence.  Any requests for refunds or compensation arising from them should be sent to the operator of the event.  The Promoter can provide you with their details on request.
23. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
25. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
26. The promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
27. Winner information (first name and county) will be available from 17/05/2025-17/08/2025 by contacting Heineken@mihhandling.co.uk. By entering, the winner consents to such information unless they state otherwise. 
28. These terms are subject to English Law and by entering this prize draw you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
