How to enter

3. Purchase select packs of Heineken 5% or Heineken 0.0 in participating Asda, Coop, Morrisons, Nisa, Waitrose, Convenience, One Stop, Booker and Sainsburys stores and select a free limited-edition glass.
4. Scan the QR code on the Formula 1 free limited-edition glassware packaging to play the game. Confirm that you are over the age of 18 and therefore eligible to take part in this promotion.
5. Confirm your acceptance of the promotion terms and conditions.
6. Play the game by following instructions on screen. The game is specific to the glassware chosen. There are two methods of playing the game Selecting to play with or without glassware will have the same instructions for the game.
7. To play:-
Timed experience challenging the player to complete 3 pit lane tasks in the quickest time possible with points awarded based on speed of completion within each task.
Task 1 Car Lift: drag up & down on screen to lift the car into position (Maximum points = 100)
Task 2 Tyre Change: Tap & hold the tyre to release when on green to change the tyre (maximum points = 100)
Task 3 back to the race: Tap the screen as soon as the light turns green for the car to leave the pit (Maximum points = 100).
Points tiers Top tier over 300 points & Middle Tier less than 300 points.
8. After completion of game, to claim prizes, enter your first name, last name and email address.
9 . The first 2800 valid entries where the game is completed will qualify for a £2 cashback to redeem off their next Heineken 5% or Heineken 0.0 12x330ml pack. Entries who score less than 300 points can also win Heineken branded merchandise (50 Heineken branded caps) allocated on a random winning moments basis. Entries who score 300 points and above will automatically be entered into the prize draw for the chance to win a pair of Grandstand tickets to the F1 Grand Prix at Silverstone in 2024. 12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse to award a prize and/or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the spirit of the promotion or any instructions forming part of entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Prizes
There is 1 prize for the top tier. Maximum 1 prize per person. The prize is 1 pair of standard Grandstand tickets to the F1 at Silverstone on 5th – 7th July 2024 for winner + guest (both 18+). Includes a minimum 4* hotel accommodation including breakfast (1 room per prize based on 2 adults sharing a double or twin room) for 4 nights on Thursday 4th July – Sunday 7th July 2024, £200 travel allowance per winning pair. No additional travel, subsistence, gratuities, costs of a personal nature or accommodation are included. These must be borne by the winner and their guest. Middle Tier: 50 Heineken branded caps allocated on a random winning moments basis.
£2 Cashback: The first 2800 consumers who complete the game and opt to redeem cashback will receive a £2 cashback to claim via Whatapp against their next purchase of Heineken 5% or Heineken 0.0 12x330ml pack stores in England (subject to availability). Service is at the discretion of the checkout staff. Participants must retain their itemised receipt as proof of in-store purchase. Online purchases are included in the cashback campaign and participants must retain a screenshot of their online itemised receipt. No more than one cashback request to be made per person. The cashback service will be facilitated by the Promoter’s third-party service provider, Hashting. Hashting will process and issue any approved funds to successful participants within thirty (30) calendar days of submission. Cashback cannot be exchanged for other goods or services and can only be received by the original purchaser of the product. Minimum of 2,800 cashbacks to be claimed. This number may increase as the discretion of the promoter.
After purchasing their next 12 pack of Heineken 5% or Heineken 0.0, click the button ‘Claim £2 Cashback’ at the end of the game sequence. This will open the participant’s Whatsapp application and start a chat with Hashting (Heineken’s digital cashback service provider). Click the link in the Whatsapp chat to populate the cashback form. A receipt of purchase is required to complete the form. Mobile phone access is required, and standard network rates apply. The form link is accessible until seven (7) calendar days after the end of the Promotional Period.
Participants will be asked to provide:
Winner notification and prize delivery
All participants who score 300 or more points will be entered into a prize draw on 11/06/2024. The top tier winner will be notified immediately to confirm the prize win and arrange for prize fulfilment. Tickets will be electronically emailed to the winners email address up to 2 days prior to the event.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 2 working days of the initial draw, the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner. If the second prize draw winner selected cannot be contacted within 2 working days’ the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner and so on until a winner can be contacted who can accept the prize. If a winner is not found by 25th June who can attend the event, the prize will be forfeited.
Winners in the middle tier (50 Heineken branded caps) will be contacted by email within 14 days after the promotion ends. The winners will receive a follow up email to confirm the prize and arrange for prize fulfilment. Prizes will be sent within 6 weeks of the promotional period end. If winners do not provide their address details within 5 working days, new winners will be chosen until all 50 prizes have been distributed. If all 50 prizes are not distributed within one month of the closing date (10th July 2024) the remaining prizes will be forfeited.
There is no cash or other alternative to these prizes in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.
Provided no objection is received, if you are a winner, your surname and county of residence will be made available by the Promoter to anyone sending a request to consumercare@heineken.co.uk one month after the final closing date of this Promotion, for a period of 12 weeks. You can object to your surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by making this known in an email to consumercare@heineken.co.uk. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
Additional terms and conditions
An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from agents, trade, consumer groups or third parties are invalid and will not be accepted. Entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void. Entries received in excess of the limitation as set out in Term 6 will be invalid and will not be accepted.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non receipt or the late receipt of entries due to network failure or for any associated costs to entrants. No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the entry route.
The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in connection with the prize are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or however in connection with any loss, damage or injury suffered as a direct result of the provision of the prize. Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of its negligence.
The promoter cannot guarantee that any event will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations. The Promoter is not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence. Any requests for refunds or compensation arising from them should be sent to the operator of the event. The Promoter can provide you with their details on request.
All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
