Heineken F1® Wholesale Competition 2024
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
The personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at www.heineken.co.uk/legal-hub/heineken-brands-privacy-policy. From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion and contacting entrants (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the prize(s).
1. Only open to residents in the UK, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in the Heineken group and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.
2. HOW TO ENTER - follow the steps below:
i. Scan the QR code on POS in participating outlets or go to the website www.heineken.com/gb/en/f1wholesaler
ii. Enter your name, surname, email address, store fascia and store postcode.
3. Purchase any Heineken® Original, Heineken 0.0 and Heineken Silver® packs (subject to availability) during the promotion period and scan the QR code on point-of-sale or enter via the website set out in (2) above. Entrants must upload proof of purchase to be entered into the prize draw to win a pair of Grandstand tickets including camping to the F1 Silverstone on Thursday 4th July - Sunday 7th July 2024. One qualifying purchase = one prize entry. Service is at the discretion of wholesaler staff. Wholesaler pricing applies.
4. Promotion opens from 00:00 on 04/03/24 and closes 00:00 on 08/05/24. Entry is limited to one entry per purchase.
5. Winners will be the first 5 entries drawn at random from all qualifying entries during the week commencing 13/05/24 and winners will be contacted by email during week commencing 13/5/24. No entrant may win more than one prize. If winners cannot be contacted within 5 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select a new winner and so on until a winner can be contacted who will take up the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The winners’ surnames and county will be available at heineken@mihhandling.co.uk from 30th of June 2024. By entering, the winners consent to such information such as their first name and address county being disclosed upon request.
7. There are 5 prizes available. Each Prize consists of a pair of Grandstand tickets to the Heineken F1 British Grand Prix at Silverstone 2024 from Thursday 4th July to Sunday 7th July 2024. Prize includes camping from Thursday 4 July to Sunday 7 July 2004. It is the responsibility of the winner and their guest to arrange for travel to the event and to arrange for their own camping equipment. NO TRAVEL, SUBSISTENCE, GRATUITIES, COSTS OF A PERSONAL NATURE IS INCLUDED. THESE COSTS MUST BE BORNE BY WINNER AND THEIR GUEST.
8. A travel allowance of £200 will be given to winners during the prize fulfilment process. (Winners must consent to give their bank account number and sort code to the prize fulfilment agency in order to receive the BACs transfer). F1 British Grand Prix ticket terms and conditions apply – see www.heineken.com/gb/en/f1-terms for details. Tickets are not for resale and the event organiser reserves the right to invalidate any tickets sold contrary to the ticket terms.
9. Prize winners and guests must both be over the age of 18.
10. Please drink and act responsibly to adhere to the Paddock Club behaviour guidelines which are available at www.silverstone.co.uk/events/formula-1-british-grand-prix.
11. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid. The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non receipt or the late receipt of message due to operator or network failure or for any associated costs to entrants. No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route. Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries is prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.
12. There is no cash or other alternative to these prizes in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.
13. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
15. We cannot guarantee that the event will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations. We are not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence. Any requests for refunds or compensation arising from them should be sent to the operator of the event. We can provide you with their details on request.
16. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
17. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
