To create its smooth, refreshing taste, Heineken® Silver is brewed using an ice-cold lagering process at -1° C. The result? A premium 4% lager with a crisp and subtle finish that retains the signature fruit aroma of Heineken® Original, but with a lighter, less bitter taste profile.
Due to Heineken® Silver being brewed at a chilled -1°C, the result is a refreshing lager with a less bitter taste and a smooth, subtle finish.

What makes Heineken® Silver different is the ice-cold lagering process at -1°C, that allows a cold haze to form, filtering out more proteins and rough-tasting tannins.
